Never forget
to complete an important task again with the Reminders
feature. This feature allows you to assign a reminder,
date, time and message to any item in your index.
Using the Reminder feature is very helpful in
creating document retention and disposal
guidelines, as well as reminding you to complete
important tasks that might otherwise slip off of your
personal "radar."

A pop-up reminder message will appear on your screen
on the date and time that you set, prompting you take
some action on the item that the reminder is assigned
to!
When reminders appear, you can even postpone them to a
later date ! |

But, you
don't have to wait to see a reminder appear on your
screen...
Rather... all reminders for items are displayed and
can be edited from within the Reminders Tab in the
Properties Pane. |
