To help you identify items in your index, use the "Notes" feature to assign an unlimited amount of notations to an item contained in your index.

You can add notes to physical items in your index such as binders or storage boxes, or books...

...and you can add notes to digital items such as web pages, e-mail messages, word processing documents, etc....

You can manually enter notes by typing them in:

You can even copy and paste both text and images into the "Notes" area directly from your computer files such as word processing documents, spreadsheets, web pages and even e-mail messages.
