The
fileWISE®
Universal File Index contains hundreds of common
types of documents and files in an alphabetical list that you
can search against in order to find an appropriate location to
store documents and files.
The Universal File Index is also useful for you or
others to locate documents previously stored within the
FileWISE Filing System. This can be very helpful in the event
of an emergency when a loved one or co-worker is looking for
documents, but doesn't know exactly where the document is
stored.
The Index lists the Document Name on the left hand
column of the table, and the fileWISE®
Location ID in the right
hand column of the table, as shown in the diagram below:
